How to use high-frequency pipe welding equipment?

         The specific process flow of high-frequency welded pipe equipment is as follows: open the end of the steel coil, straighten it and send it to the follow-up equipment. After uncoiling, level the strip steel, cut the head and tail, cut the material with a disc, and then rewind. Raw materials are fixed in length and width, and cut into corresponding width according to the actual length of the pipeline. Type I groove is usually used for welding, which can make the heating uniform along the thickness direction, and the groove preparation is easy. After uncoiling, continue to flatten the strip steel, cut the head and tail, and cut the butt weld to ensure the continuous production of the forming unit. After passing the horizontal spiral loop, check whether there are defects in the middle of the strip steel, and then store the strip steel in the loop device for use by the forming unit.

       

        The prepared strip steel enters the continuous forming high-frequency welded pipe equipment and gradually bends under the action of the extrusion roller until it is rolled into a round pipe. The two edges of the strip steel are heated to the welding temperature by high-frequency welding machine, and then pressure welding is carried out by extrusion roller. After that, the internal and external burrs formed by the extruded molten metal or plastic metal on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe are removed by the deburring device. After a period of air cooling, the welded pipe is water cooled so that the welded pipe will not be bent and deformed due to air cooling. The steel pipe section of the extrusion roll has a certain vertical ovality, and the outer diameter is slightly larger than the finished pipe. In order to obtain accurate outer diameter and section shape of steel pipe, the welded pipe of high-frequency welding machine must be cold calibrated with a sizing machine after water cooling. Under the condition that the corresponding tolerance requirements are met, the welded pipe with fixed length shall be cut into fixed length or double length in motion.
