Connect the power line of the square tube machine to the specified power supply of the machine. Inch the motor to observe the rotation direction. The rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the arrow direction on the label on the motor, or turn on the power switch after connecting the line.
Details of installation and commissioning of square tube machine:
1. Handling: Forklift should be used to handle pipe machine.
2. Installation: the machine shall be horizontally fixed on a stable foundation and grounded.
3. Oil filling: open the rear cover of the case and add 56 liters of No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil into the oil tank.
4. Power connection: connect the power line of the square tube machine to the specified power supply of the machine, inch the motor to observe the rotation direction, and the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the arrow direction on the label on the motor, or turn on the power switch after connecting the line. If the machine acts and the mold opening increases, the rotation direction of the motor is correct. If the machine does not act, it is necessary to exchange any two of the three live wires.
5. Pressure adjustment: the machine system pressure is 31.5MPa, which is adjusted by the overflow valve. The pressure of the square tube machine increases clockwise and decreases counterclockwise. (The pressure has been adjusted when leaving the factory. If the pressure of the overflow valve needs to be adjusted, it is strictly prohibited to use the equipment above 31.5MPa)
