Detailed explanation of installation and debugging of square tube machine:
1. Handling: It is advisable to use a forklift to handle the pipe machine.
2. Installation: The machine needs to be horizontally fixed on a stable foundation and grounded.
3. Oil injection: Open the rear cover of the chassis and add 56 liters of 46 # anti wear hydraulic oil to the oil tank.
4. Power on: Connect the power cord of the square tube machine to the specified power supply of the machine. Inch the motor to observe the rotation direction. The motor rotation direction should be consistent with the arrow direction on the label on the motor, or turn on the power switch after connecting the wire. If the machine acts and the mold opening increases, the motor rotation direction is correct. If the machine does not act, it is necessary to switch any two of the three live wires.
5. Pressure adjustment: The machine system pressure is 31.5MPa, adjusted by the overflow valve. Adjust the pressure clockwise to increase, and counterclockwise to decrease. (The pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory. If the pressure of the overflow valve needs to be adjusted, it is strictly prohibited to use this equipment beyond 31.5MPa.)
