1.Uncoiler: also called loading rack, mainly used to place raw materials.

3. Grinding unit: after welding, there will be higher welds on the pipe surface, so the welding lines will be polished off by the grinding unit (there are three grinding heads) to make the pipe surface smooth and flat.
4. Calibrating and straightening unit: after the pipe is basically formed, the pipe diameter and bending degree need to be fixed by the calibrating and straightening unit, otherwise the roundness is not round enough, the squareness is not square enough, and the pipe is not straight.
5. Cutting machine with fixed length: after the pipe is made, the cutting machine is ready to cut the pipe with fixed length. Generally, the pipe is cut once every 6m. Of course, it can also be cut once every 4m or 5m. You need to set this by yourself.
6. Blanking frame: after the pipe is cut to a certain length, the blanking frame is needed to place these pipes.
The above components and functions are connected as the working process of the pipe making machine. The raw materials are introduced into the pipe making machine equipment through the feeding frame, and then extruded through the molds on the equipment. The argon arc welding machine is welded to shape, and then the welding seam is polished by the grinding unit to make the pipe surface smooth and flat. Then the pipe is calibrated and cut to size.
