The need to be careful is that the SKF bearing with sealing equipment can omit the cleaning of this link, because the cleaning will constitute the invasion of foreign bodies inside the bearing, affecting the normal use of the bearing; Second, it is necessary to adhere to the monotone of the bearing, for the bearing to be cleaned, when cleaning off the rust inhibitor on the bearing, it is necessary to dry the bearing, otherwise it will easily lead to the rust of the bearing; Third, adhere to the lubrication degree of lubrication.

In addition to the inspection operation before bearing equipment, the radial clearance of bearings should also be detected. The radial clearance mainly includes the original clearance of the bearing under natural conditions, the cooperative clearance caused by the change of the original clearance after the bearing equipment, and the practical clearance formed under the effect of temperature and load. Because the size of radial clearance directly affects the operating temperature, oscillation and service life of SKF bearing, the detection of radial clearance of SKF bearing is particularly important. How to measure the radial clearance of different bearings?

 

1. The measurement of radial clearance should use special instruments to measure things as much as possible. When there is no special instrument at hand, you can use feeler and other things for measurement. When measuring with the stopper, it should be careful that the method before rolling the roller from the stopper is not used for measurement. When using manual measurement method, this method has higher requirements on the measurement, and is a way to make mistakes, so it is generally not recommended.

2, as far as SKF multi-row bearings are concerned, the clearance requirements for each row are very high, it is necessary to be qualified.

3. During the measurement process, it should be ensured that the roller of the bearing falls into the bottom of the ditch.
