The welded pipe unit mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Pipe delivery device. Smooth the steel pipe from the storage rack into the welding work area, providing continuous steel pipe raw materials for welding operations.
2. Positioning device. Accurately grasp and position both ends of the steel pipe being fed in to ensure welding quality and operational efficiency.
3. Transfer device. Align and tighten both ends of the steel pipe to achieve accurate axial alignment and provide the right welding position for the resistance welding pipe machine.
4. Resistance welding pipe machine. Adopting high-strength and dense resistance coils, high temperature is generated through high current conduction, melting both ends of the steel pipe, and achieving pipe welding to grow the pipe.
5. Pipe release mechanism. Smooth release the finished long tube from the workbench to make room for the next cycle of operations.
6. Intermittent tube feeding. The pipe feeding device is controlled by a travel switch, which can send pipes intermittently and continuously according to the working rhythm of the resistance welding pipe machine to ensure the working efficiency.
7. Automation control. Usually, PLC or industrial control machines are used to set, monitor, and control process parameters, reducing the difficulty of manual operations.
8. Safety protection. Equipped with electromagnetic shielding doors, ventilation devices, anti splash devices, etc., to ensure the safety of operators.
