According to different requirements the carbide contents of the adamite rolls varies. When wear resistance is required, the content of the carbide must be higher; but when the strength is the main factor, it is necessary to select the lower content of the carbide. The heat treatment is normalized and tempered.
Product Information
The carbon content of adamite rolls is usually 1.5%~2.3%. It contains various alloying elements such as Cr, Ni, Mo, and V, and generally the mass fraction of free carbides is about 6% to 10%. It has the characteristics of small hardness drop, high wear resistance, good toughness, significantly reduced consumption, and significantly improved surface quality of profiles and rail beams. It is widely used to replace cast steel rolls and ordinary low-alloy cast iron rolls, such as large section steel rough rolls, section steel mill blooming and intermediate rolling stands, hot strip mill blooming and finishing work rolls.
Key Feature
1.According to the different carbon content, our materials of adamite rolls are AD140 / AD160 /AD180 /AD190 /AD200.
2.The heat treatment is normalized and tempered.
3.Our rolls have better strength properties and better resistance to fire cracking.
4. Application: adamite rolls are mainly used for roughing stands for section steel and bar and wire, roughing rolls for hot-rolled plates and strips, support rolls, and vertical rolls.
Quality Control
We have a separate laboratory and advanced testing equipment, each roll will be tested, and keep follow-up tracking records.
Our Equipments
We have completely refurbished the workshop to meet the national environmental protection requirements. Our company has already belonged to the national A-category environmental protection enterprise. We welcome you to come to our company for inspection and visits.
Package and Shipping
We all use export standard packaging, which is suitable for long-distance transportation, and is moisture-proof and rust-proof during transportation.
FAQ
1. What kind of roll do you have?
We have many material that you can choose, such as Cast steel (HSS, Hi-Cr steel, Adamite, Alloy steel, Graphitic steel); cast iron (Nordular cast iron, Hi-Cr Iron, ICDP ).
2. How can I choose the hardness of steel rolls?
According to different requirements, the carbide contents is also different. When wear resistance is required, the content of the carbide must be higher; but when the strength is the main factor, it is necessary to select the lower content of the carbide.
3.What is the accuracy of your rolls
Surface roughness can reach to Ra0.05, smooth surface;
Concentricity : control within 0.005;
4.Have you participated in foreign exhibitions?
We take part in many metallurgical exhibitions at home and abroad
Passionate: we love nothing more that working on a great project with a fantastic client. We care about our clients and can often be found working out of hours to get everything "just right".
