The process involved is cold forming of carbon steel strip in circular shape, longitudinal welding, sizing, converting into specified shape and cutting to pre determined length.
Technological Flow：Steel strip → coil car → Uncoiling →coil peeler → pinch & Leveling →Shearing and butt welding → accumulator → Forming → Welding → bead remover →water cooling →Sizing → Turks head → Flying saw cutting →End facing & Chamfering(Option) → Pipe collecting.
